The real Abe was born anaphylactic to peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame—he was also severely allergic to eggs, dairy, soy, and seeds.

Growing up with food allergies is rough. Abe, like millions of other kids, was isolated from friends and classmates during snack and lunch time because of his food allergies.

Tired of seeing Abe left out, Joby (Abe's Dad) and Marty (Abe's Uncle) created an every day, “School-Friendly” option for the millions of parents whose kids have food allergies. Our bake house is peanut, tree nut, sesame, soy, and pea protein-free and all our products contain no dairy or eggs. Most importantly, Abe’s Muffins are an inclusive treat kids love to eat!
